Content Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
PersonCraft exists so that independent filmmakers and creators can generate original characters and animate them into video. This policy defines what may be generated and what is prohibited.
1. Allowed
Original characters in a 2D/anime style, in any narrative register (drama, action, comedy, science fiction and so on), including stylised violence that belongs to a story — a fight scene, for example — as long as it does not cross the prohibitions in section 2.
2. Prohibited
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is the one rule enforced fully automatically: the system blocks any description combining sexual terms with minors before generating anything.
- Sexually explicit content in general. The image generation provider automatically detects and blocks sexually explicit output.
- Third-party owned characters without authorisation (for example, registered characters from other franchises), where the use would not qualify as parody, commentary, or non-commercial personal use permitted under applicable law.
- Hateful content directed at a person or group on the basis of race, gender, orientation, religion, disability or origin.
- Harassment: generating content that depicts an identifiable real person in a demeaning way without their consent.
3. How this is enforced
Part of this policy is enforced automatically (see section 2). The rest depends on user reports and manual review, since PersonCraft does not currently have an exhaustive moderation system — it is a minimum filter, not a human review of every generation.
If a generation violates this policy, we delete it. If your account violates it repeatedly, we suspend or close it with no refund of remaining credits, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
4. How to report content
If you see content generated on PersonCraft that you believe violates this policy, write to hola.abogadia@gmail.com with the details.
