Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PersonCraft (personcraft.com), a service operated by Jhonatan Villagómez Vázquez, an individual, contact hola.abogadia@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. What PersonCraft is

PersonCraft is a studio for generating 2D/anime characters with a consistent identity, animating them into video, and converting them into animation-ready 3D models, using artificial intelligence. The service runs on credits: each action (training a character's identity, generating a scene, converting to 3D) consumes a fixed number of credits according to your plan or the pack you bought.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PersonCraft. By signing up, you declare that you meet this requirement. We do not verify age automatically — if we find that a user is a minor, we will close the account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure, along with any API keys you create to connect PersonCraft to Claude or other MCP clients. Any activity carried out with your account is considered to be yours.

4. Subscriptions, credits and payments

PersonCraft offers two ways to get credits:

• Monthly subscription (Starter, Creador, Estudio, Productora): renews every month and grants new credits each cycle. Credits do not expire while the subscription is active.
• Credit packs: one-time purchase, credits do not expire.

Payments are processed through Stripe. PersonCraft never receives or stores your card number — Stripe handles that directly.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the credits panel. On cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; no further charges are made after that.

5. Refunds

We do not issue monetary refunds for a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or unused credits.

This is separate from the technical guarantee that already runs automatically: if a generation fails due to a system or AI provider error (not because content moderation rejected it), the credits debited for that generation are returned to your balance automatically — you do not have to ask.

6. Content you generate

You may use the images, videos and 3D models you generate with PersonCraft commercially, provided they comply with the Content Policy. Note that copyright ownership over AI-generated content is a legal question still unsettled in most countries — PersonCraft cannot guarantee you copyright protection over the output.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use PersonCraft to generate content that violates the Content Policy, to attempt to breach the security of the service, or to resell access to your account or API keys to third parties.

8. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or the Content Policy. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the credits panel — that action is permanent and irreversible.

9. Service availability

PersonCraft depends on external providers (fal.ai and Tripo AI for AI generation, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend) in order to work. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted availability — an incident at any of these providers may temporarily affect the generation of characters, scenes or 3D models.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or inside the app before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. This applies regardless of where you access the service from. (Note: the operator may relocate to the United States — if that happens, this section will be updated and you will be notified.)
