Anime short film
Keep the same face and design across every shot — no drift between scenes.
The problem with an anime short film
A short film has dozens of shots. If you generate every scene from scratch in an image tool, the character's face, outfit, or proportions shift from one shot to the next — the audience notices immediately, even without knowing why.
How trained identity solves it
In PersonCraft you train a character once: you pick their design (face, outfit, palette), PersonCraft trains a LoRA model on that reference, and that model gets reused in every new scene of the short. The face and design don't drift because they're not regenerated from the prompt each time — they're applied from the already-trained model.
For example: the same lead character can appear on a rooftop at night, next to a campfire, or under neon lights — same face, same design, different scene and mood in each shot.
From keyframe to video
Each scene animates from the trained keyframe as reference (image-to-video), in standard or premium quality depending on how critical the shot is to your story.
